How to measure your dog for good fit Collar:
Please be advised that:
- For buckle collar when you specify neck size we will make collar fit on central hole.
- There will be total of 5 holes and distance between each 2 holes is 1 inch (25 mm).
- For example: your dogs neck size is 2 inches (5 cm). Collar will fit on central hole at 2 inches (5 cm).
- There will be 2 smaller size holes - 18 inch (45 cm) and 19 inch (47.5 cm).
- There will be 2 bigger size holes - 21 inch (52.5 cm) and 22 inch (55 cm).
- There will also be tip of the collar after last hole about 2 inch long (5 cm).
- Those are handcrafted collars and some sizes will differ a little (not in significant way).
- 2 ply leather collars and padded leather collars are 1 inch bigger to make sure that it will fit your dog.
Produced in the best traditions of the store, the collar is very hard, reliable and good in service. It is soft for wearing so it will perfectly fit for daily walking of the dog. The collar is very light in weight (only 2 oz (55 g) for the smallest size) so it will not provide any discomfort even for a small dog. Genuine leather is carefully selected by our craftsmen so the collar is absolutely dog friendly.
Gorgeous brass half-ball studs are of moderate size and good shape so they are safe for other pets (if your canine plays with other dogs, for example) or people. The studs are polished and smoothed so they look gorgeous and shining. Brass hardware never rusts or corrodes.
This collar will serve your pet for very long. Since the edges are carefully worked out, they do not fray. If treated properly, this collar can serve for decades and after you get bored of it, it will still look like new.
Please, pay your attention to this information:
- Please, note that we do have sizes for large dogs. However, we do not recommend to use this collar for large dogs who have problems with pulling. When the dog pulls very hard the collar can cause much discomfort or even crack.
- Prevent the collar from water contacts and never dry it on any heating sources. Use leather caring sprays, creams and conditioners. Treat it with water repellent once a month to increase water resistance.
